  • How many times can I stick and re-stick my PopSockets grip?
    • As many times as you’d like. If the sticky gel on the back of your PopGrip gets dirty, just give it a quick rinse and let it dry. Remember, your PopGrip shouldn't be exposed to air for more than 15 minutes or the gel will dry out. Watch the video below to see how to reposition your PopGrip.

  • What do I do if I am using a PopSockets Grip with an iPhone 8/8 plus or iPhone X?
    • Because of an anti-fingerprint coating on the glass backs of these devices, you’ll need to apply the special disc on the back of your phone before attaching your PopGrip.
    • To get a disc please visit our website and search 'Disc' or click this link:
    • Keep in mind that your disc can be repositioned up to three times.
    • Step-by-step instructions:
  1. Carefully pull back the liner and peel the disc away from the liner, exposing the adhesive side. Don’t be afraid to use your fingernails to separate them from each other.
  2. Apply the adhesive disc to the back of the phone, sticky side down. Carefully smooth away any air bubbles.
  3. Remove the film from the PopGrip and mount it on the center of the disk.
  4. All done! Enjoy the PopSockets life.

    • If mount seems loose, rotate prongs 90º to use narrower gap.
    • Easily clips into horizontal, vertical, and angled air vents
    • Viewable from all angles in portrait and landscape mode

*We recommend using the bottom slot of the vent for the best hold and turning off the air flow to that vent to prevent loosing adhesion from your PopGrip/PopSockets Grip.

  • How do I install my PopSockets Mount?
    • Suuuper carefully. PopSockets Mounts are designed for 1 time adhesion so choose your area wisely.
    • 1. Wipe down the adhesion area with a little rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
    • 2. Peel back the protective sheet from the 3M VHB pad without touching the pad.
    • 3. Place your Mount firmly to the adhesion area and leave it to rest for 8 hours. This allows the 3M to adhere strongly to the surface so it will work better.
    • If you decide you’d like to change the location of your mount, use the extra 3M VHB sticker that comes in the packaging.

  • Can I move my PopSockets Mount from one place to another?
    • Unfortunately not. Mounts are designed for 1 time adhesion so chose your spot carefully. We also recommend using a little rubbing alcohol to wipe down the adhesion area before sticking your PopSockets Mount.
